Sigortacılık İşlemlerinde Rekabetin Korunması? konulu tezimizin ilk bölümünde, rekabetin ve sigorta sözleşmesinin kavramsal çerçevesi tanıtılmış, rekabet kavramının ortaya çıkış sebepleri ile sigortacılık alanı ve rekabet kavramı arasındaki ilişki irdelenmiştir.
